Surprisingly GOOD experience
clean roomfriendly stafffree entertainment
The room was very clean, and I noticed a fresh smell upon entering. The staff members were friendly and helpful . I found the free entertainment to be a great addition, especially for families.
The hotel floors were uneven, requiring caution while walking in the corridors.

The family room was warm. There was a nice sea view from the room. The bathroom was a good size, including extra pillows, if needed.

a mixed stay, some issues noted

the breakfast was good with a full english option and lots of cereals and fruit choices it was a hot buffet service.
waiting to check in was ridiculous i filled in forms only to queue again my pillows were dirty so i requested others from reception the tv had limited channels programmed i did not find what i wanted to watch such as bbc channel 4.

i found the staff were helpful and friendly. the building is lovely and has plenty of areas to explore. the room offered what was needed for a short stay.
i see now it is 2024 and some hotels are still like this.
